Why does your website only feature the Insta/Vent™ Plus and Aero/Vent™ Jr. Radioaerosol Lung Imaging Systems, and not all of your radioaerosol lung imaging systems?

The Insta/Vent™ Plus and Aero/Vent™ Jr. provide the same superior images and safety features as our earlier systems, but being two-tube systems they’re much faster.  Additionally, these models include a few conveniences not offered by our single tube or classic models.  Featuring the Insta/Vent™ Plus and Aero/Vent™ Jr. on the website allows us to provide extensive information and to responsibly address customer questions about these two very popular systems. 

 

Do you still sell your original and single tube radioaerosol lung imaging systems?

How do your products compare to Venti-Scan?

Our radioaerosol systems are similarly priced to Venti-Scan, but ours have two tubes for faster delivery and better patient compliance.  Additionally, Medi/Nuclear’s® radioaerosol systems produce smaller particles for higher quality images.  For additional information, see the Comparison Chart: Radioaerosol Lung Imaging Systems.

 

How can I identify products manufactured by Medi/Nuclear® from low-quality imitation or “knock-off” products?

All products manufactured by Medi/Nuclear® are FDA cleared and have the company logo, contact information and name of the product embedded in the main product components. Additionally, the customized lead shields have been designed for our radioaerosol systems to provide safe and convenient use.  While low-quality imitation and “knock-off” products may be purchased at reduced costs, they are significantly inferior in quality compared to the originals and have limited, if any, built-in safety features or their own lead shields.  Buyers and users of low-quality and “knock off” products should be aware of the potential harm that could occur during their use.

 

What is your product warranty?

There is a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty on all products manufactured by Medi/Nuclear® Corp.  Please see the Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for warranty information.

Do you sell outside of the USA?

Yes.  In addition to the United States, we are approved to sell in Canada, Puerto Rico and Taiwan.  We are currently working to expand sales to other international locations.

Currently, Medi/Nuclear® does not require a minimum order.  This allows customers to order what is actually needed.

How do you ship your products?

How do I maintain the equipment?

No!  We have been manufacturing lung imaging systems in California since 1973 and are completely unrelated to the Michigan distributor of the same name.
